I have the enchanched version of gog with which the profile posted here does not seem to work

how add start and select i neeed to save on nvidia shield tv

if i use gamestream on nvidia shield can i use xpadder on controller shield? I guess not, but I try. In case I'm interested in the profile of the first quake. Thank you
