hi guys,
i have set my key assignments in xpadder (running xp sp3) to what they are set in winUAE (Amiga emulator) but they don't work. my control panel on my arcade machine works just fine, with the same keys assigned. this is the only emulator i've run into where xpadder doesn't work.
anyone have any suggestions?
not working in winUAE

Re: not working in winUAE
Try that under UAC-issue.
But maybe it doesn't work with Xpadders input method, like MAME.

Re: not working in winUAE
tried running as admin in xp but it just gives me an error.
the weird thing is, when running winUAE as an amiga (using winUAE launcher), my 360 controller works but the keys in my cabinet do not. when running as an amiga cd32 (direct command line), the 360 controller doesnt work but the keys in my cabinet do

uac is a different tech then xp's security which generally you dont have to do this if you have an aministrator account unless your using xp pro or a pro hybrid like mce/tablet heres the xp equivalant http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294676

Re: not working in winUAE
the only other thing i could think of is disabling xinput in xpadder. you can do this by going into settings then options & under the Running header there will be an option called use xinput(if installed) uncheck it, click ok then your done

Are you using Xpadders Autoprofile feature? There might be something happening with this.
