I am using a NES controller, all the button (the complete 4 of em!) are used obviously. F5 on the keyboard creates a savestate. On another system I was able to hold select + A and then would create a savestate. I searched this forum and someone asked a similar question but it was never answered.
I also searched and thought maybe the advanced set could do the trick where if I just tap Select, it perform a normal select function. But if I hold it for 2 seconds, it then creates a savestate by mapping to f5 on the keyboard. When I tried that though, the emulator just closed out (pressing f5 on keyboard works), so I know I am doing something wrong in my xpadder config. Can someone help.
Please help. Need to create a hotkey for save state

Re: Please help. Need to create a hotkey for save state
Does the emulator work directly with the controller or over the keyboard input of Xpadder?
