Hello dudes
I just bought my ps2 to usb converter.
Now i want to config my keys, and stuff like that.
The problem is, that it doesn't work!
(using this one [link doesn't work, web site doesn't allow links to their images])
I dunno if the converter is the problem, or my gamepad itself, but...
1) The light isn't on (it it on when i play on the ps2)
2) Connection to pc is very slow, or maybe it's just xpadder who needs some time to detect controls.
3) I don't get how i can add buttons (the add method), doesn't seem to work with me.
4) I don't find the option to add 4 shoulder buttons (2 on each side)
5) Is their some kind of video tutorial on how to use xpadder?
6) Don't know any more questions now, will add them if I know them
Desperatly
Koetje
I really suck at using Xpadder

Did you load drivers for the controller? Does the controller appear in Windows Game controllers control panel?Koetje wrote:1) The light isn't on (it it on when i play on the ps2)
If the controller is properly installed and Xpadder should see it and the interface will look like this:2) Connection to pc is very slow, or maybe it's just xpadder who needs some time to detect controls.
You need to create a controller layout, follow these instructions.3) I don't get how i can add buttons (the add method), doesn't seem to work with me.
You need to add non-analog shoulder buttons in the buttons section of layout creation.4) I don't find the option to add 4 shoulder buttons (2 on each side)
You may be able to search youtube for Xpadder videos.5) Is their some kind of video tutorial on how to use xpadder?
Bring it on.6) Don't know any more questions now, will add them if I know them
Re: I really suck at using Xpadder
Yeah, thanks for the fast reply.
I've watched some youtube vids on xpadder, but their it goes way faster (with detecting buttons and so).
I'll try to make a movie where you can see my controller + screen (hope it works...)
Stay tuned for the vid

Sorry for the delay in joining this topic.
It sounds as if your controller may not be installed correctly.
Open the Controller Properties window by clicking the white square in the top-left corner of Xpadder (the controller tab)
This will open the Controller Properties window:
When you move the sticks or press buttons you should see the numbers and green bars changing. Can you see this?
