Force Feedback Macro

I am developping a simple application that only needs to trigger the force feed back to the left and right of the game controller. Can I assign rumble to Button 5 and 6 and then alternately launch them with Autohotkey? If so, what would be the key assignment I have tried a::joy5 and s::joy6 and that has not worked.

Xpadder can currently only rumble the pad based on a button press.
There is no way to launch an exe although it is on the list of features to add.
