firstsing fs10008 game pad Analog HELP! please

I am trying to setup this gamepad but the sticks are far too sensitive. this is why i bought xpadder thinking it would help me sort it out but i cant use the full range of the stick. what i mean is.. if i lean it over to say the right, then it shoots over.. and its only leaning over a few degrees. please can someone help?

Did you calibrate the sticks correctly? That should solve this problem.

yea its been done a few times, i use a few controlers like wheels and joysticks so i know how thats done. but this is not helping.
I only have to touch it and its near full over. i would say it used only 40-50% of the range and the marker it right over...
...if you know what i mean.

This gamepad gives the possibility to switch between analog and digital mode. Is the analog mode activated?

Can you try your controller on a different computer? The controller might be bad.
