Toggle switch

i have an Toggleswitch connected to an IPAC2 from (Ultimatearc.com) i want to be able to toggle switch up sending an A and not multiple AAAAAA... is this possible , i have tried adding an pause but this did not do the trick

Normally it should work to simply place a pause after the key.

But alternatively you make following assignment.
Hold Zone 0.01s; A; Hold Zone 0.10
So A will be pressed for the first 0.10 seconds and then nothing.
