Can i or is there a way to set xpadder up to do a rapid fire?

Xpadder has a turbo feature. It is enabled per button in the Assignment window (looks like a on screen keyboard). There is a checkbox in the lower left corner, it looks like a machine gun. There is a tab in the Advanced window where you can adjust the repeat speed.

I tried that but in gameplay it doesnt work

What key do you have assigned to the button. Open notepad and try the assignment, does it work in there?
