PLAYSTATION 3 CONTROLLER - 64-BIT

Post by ViceVersa27 »

I have been looking for a solid, PS3 controller driver for Windows Vista 64-bit , but I want it to be easy and convenient. The one I use now works well but requires you to disable the Driver Signature every time you want to use it, which is annoying: http://www.hardcoreware.net/how-to-play ... s-7-vista/. Does anyone know of a simpler, registered driver I can use for Windows Vista 64-bit ? Any help is appreciated.

There is no such thing as a signed driver for PS3 controller, the reason is that the microsoft need a payment to get it signed, and i guess no free drivers will pay that for it.

you could read through my guide on how to take a shortcut around this problem.

WinDS3 is the closest thing, but only emulates xinput not directinput.
