Can Xpadder be used with Bluetooth StratusXL?

I have a steelseries StratusXL connected to Windows 10 via bluetooth on a PC. Can Xpadder be used?

Xpadder can read any controller that is installed in Windows as a Game Controller
A list of installed Game Controllers can be found in the Windows Control Panel
