Gamepad (Buttons) are reacting too fast

Hello,

i just have installed Xpadder and I am now trying since some hours to get it working right with X3-Reunion

The Main Problem:
When i click a button on the gamepad, he reacts as if i would have pushed 20 Times in a second the keyboard-button.

I tryed almost everything:
- Cycle Stop
- Pause
- Different Hold-Zones
- I adjusted the key tap time in the settings
- I tried it with the Turbo-Option and the maximum input lag

Nothing helped...

Do I miss a simple option???
I just want to make the button one click...nothing more (and not 20 clicks in a second)

Lets go through the basics first. Are you sure you don't have the turbo option on? This would definitely produce the result your getting. If your sure about that, then you need to find out if X3-Reunion has some gamepad support. The game might have partial support and could be conflicting with Xpadder. If possible disable controller support.

The Turbo Option is not activated...in the X-Reunion Controller Options, i have disabled the Joystick-Configuration...

But now the fascinating thing:
- After +-1 Hour of gaming (I use the keyboard in the meanwhile), the xbox360 controller reacts the way i want him to do...
I can reproduce this several times. Quit X3 Reunion...Restart....The First hour the buttons behave like in Turbo-Mode....

Strange...

Anyone an idea???
Sounds a little bit, like a Windows Vista Problem....

Yes a program other than your game and Xpadder could possibly be interfering. Try disabling any antivirus or other security program to start and see if you still have any problems.
