Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 controller help?

Hey guys, I got Bio 2, and guess what BEEPING RROD, so I went and got the PC copy of this and Mass Effect 2 today. (I'm not going for 360 number FOUR). Anyway, I want to set Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 to work on my 360 game pad in the same button combo they would if I had my 360?
