logitech controller

I have a logitech dual usb 10 button controller just bought it . I used a xbox profile and a playstation profile. but the sticks and triggers will not work. I get a message not an analog button. Sometimes I can get the right stick to work but the left stick and all 4 triggers will not work.
On my config software for the controller there is a similar setup and all the butons seem to work with the logitech software.
I am trying to play cod 4. Can anyone help?

The only differences there should be between COD4 and MW2 are the d-pad assignments.

Thanks, this worked better. The sticks are now working. Everything but the triggers are working now?

The triggers might be buttons instead of analog triggers. Try to add them in the buttons tab of the controller settings.
