How do I make the Bumpers, Back and Start buttons on a Rock Candy Gamepad for Xbox 360 active?

Hello. I'd really love to be able to assign actions to the buttons listed in the title, but have no idea how to do so. Can someone please let me know if this is even possible or maybe point me in the direction of an answer for this on the board? I'm pretty new to Xpadder.

Well, they should work like any other button. Couldn't Xpadder detect them while creating your controller layout?
