I got into oblivion.ini and made those changes then went to option in the game to control. But it doesn't let me change to Lshift>x for example; it will accept the lshift but that is all. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to be a computer programmer to do this? Feeling really frustrated and stupid he...

I cannot find any file 'oblivion.ini.'

I can't figure out how to make this thing work. I am computer illiterate I admit, but hte only thing I can get to do anything is the left joystick. I am LOSING MY MIND!! How do I set this thing up; it just doesn't make any sense. I am trying ot play elder scrolls Oblivion.
