so i created a controller for mw3 and i redid the controller a couple times and i still cant get the left button to work i have it set as throw special frag which is the 4 key but it still remains inactive when i play the game any suggestions?

everytime i try to drag the icon to the desktop it says This program is running somewhere else c:/user/downloads to run it from desk top close it from that location and then i open it from the downloads area and hit the x and close it but it still says its running there. is there a certain to comple...
