I just loaded Oblivion without xpadder and it uses the native controls for the controller

The only .ini I have is actually named Oblivion_default and not just Oblivion as stated in the instructions. I wonder what I'm doing wrong

Yes the controller works in the game. That how I noticed the buttons doing 2 functions. Xpadder is running and a profile is loaded.
