I've been using Xpadder for a couple of years now and it's been invaluable in adding extra funcionality to my game controllers.

Xpadder launches then buttons fall off bottom of screen
On Windows 10 64 Pro Xpadder version 2017.05.01
As soon as the Xpadder window opens all the buttons slide downwards off the screen rapidly.

It was working fine with an 2015 version, but now trying that older one it does the same thing.
