You can change the key combination for the SteamUI in the Steam settings under the tab "in-game". I use the Pause key for it. Yes it's a puzzler alright!
I wonder if Jonathan would be able to look into a delayed turbo for a subsequent update? :idea: I will suggest in the relevant section.

Hi guys, This one seems simple but not sure if it's possible. Ideally I want to have a delay of 1/2 sec just before a turbo kicks in. Yeah, thanks I just purchased the latest version. Best £6 I will ever spend I might add :)

I'm just tinkering around now with it looking for distance zones but I'm not sure exactly how to set this. Any chance you could give me an idea of where to start?
