Nevermind. Apparently I had this same problem years ago. I checked my old posts and found the solution. I needed to click a little blue button on the bottom left hand corner. Works like a charm.

I will be sure to save the profile again.

Ok, I just gave up. I tried everything but standing on my ear and finally decided I was spinning wheels. I deleted the new version of Xpadder I downloaded the other day and got a new copy today to start over. Oddly enough, I didn't get a copy of the .ini file with it, I have no idea why. *sigh*

Nevermind, I fixed it, well made it work is more like it. I used the Launcher instead of the Steam shortcut and it it working just fine.
