[HQ WIP 3] 360 Controller [PAUSED]

Anyone care to watch the progress, here is my [SVN server]

  • About:
Last controller image, the [PS3 Controller] was done in Photoshop: [Photoshop Workspace]

I only used vector shapes in Photoshop, believing it will scale nicely to any size.
The vector shapes DID scale right, but after nesting them in at least 2 "smart object", it was treated like a raster image. :x Not a very "smart" smart object. :?

Well to remove all problems & to sharpen my skills in 3D modeling, THIS time I'm moving to a 3D modeling application & going FULL 3D!

ive never really attempted using photoshop 3d-mode, ill try it soon it looks cool

ohh, I didnt use Photoshop's 3D mode. The controller used beveled edges & glows.
Now I am moving to a 3D editor. Much easier.

ohh, that is another program.

The one is Photoshop is confusing, & I dont know how much could even be done. I am using Max. Personal favorite.

If your interested in 3D Modeling, I do recommend [Blender]. [its free]

btw im just wondering why it says [xb360] and u have a ps2 controller ^^

hmm, this 3D-shape looks more like an Xbox-controller.

lol, maybe I shouldnt stray off topic when I post. :P

The PS image was to show how I did the last image.
This new image is being done with a different program.

I just recovered from a dead GPU.
Took a whole month!! I'm not buying from XFX again...

Now for a NEW ISSUE!
Max is bugged & wont work right!

I will get back to this when I have a little more time..
