Hi problem is as follows, I is it possible in the Auto profile Section
to specifiy just a directory, and the profile will be loaded whenever an Application is in the front,
whom's .exe is in this, or in any subdirectory.
I need that, because I've got following situation, my general Profile starts steam in the new Full Screen mode.
in Steam my controller is fully supported, so I don't need xpadder there nor in ANY game that I play, (all games are stored under the same base location).
to achieve this I created an xpadder profile with nothing mapped called empty_profile.
how can i tell xpadder to load this profile whenever steam or any game is in front?
thanks for your help,
kind regards Ravermeister

That's not possible, you could only select this empty profile as default profile. Then you would need the create a AutoProfile entry for the explorer.exe (for the file explorer, desktop, start menu, control center,...) and all other programs that you use.
If that isn't really feasible (too many other programs), Jonathan has offered recently to add this feature but seemingly it wasn't necessary. Maybe he will do that for you.

Project is not dead - I'm working on issues behind the scenes.
The relative path feature would not be suitable in this situation.
Watches are designed to be exes or window titles only. Adding functionality to monitor folders only would be complicated and not often used.
What you could do is set an AutoProfile calling empty_profile to activate when you open a folder containing all your game shortcuts.
Opening this folder would trigger the profile so no matter which game you play Xpadder would have no assignments.
Another option is to create a batch file that loads the empty_profile into Xpadder, launches the game, waits for it to return, then restores the default profile to Xpadder.

Re: How can I Load profile for all *.exe files in a folder recursively
Hi thanks for your tips, I've helped me by myself
I wrote a little program that does the job.
it scans a specific folder, lists all found exe files, and adds them to the ini file.
the ini files is backed up before.
here you go: http://jonnyrimkus.square7.ch/www_mopro ... %20Builder
by the way, do you experienced any performance issues when the auto profile list grows?
Kind regards Ravermeister
