however, when I disable the controller in cs go options, the controls are being interfered with by some settings still set in the game.

What you have posted isn't your profile but your controller layout (I have removed it for shortening your post). You would copy the profile in the menu on the right side, however you don't need to post it anyways.
Valve games are a bit peculiar with their controller input configuration. You need to open the console and to type unbindall and press Enter. Now you have to rebind all the keyboard and mouse input and it should work (I think there was a way to only unbind the controller input in the console, but I forget these console variables after not using them for years , sorry).
