ping function for call of duty warzone

Hi. Hopefully someone is around and I'm not just typing into the void lol. The issue I have is with the "ping" function in call of duty. I want to be able ping enemies/locations whilst aiming down sights without taking my thumbs off the left stick to press "up" on the D-pad. Ideally I'd like to be able to click in the right thumb stick whilst holding the left trigger to ping, but this is also the action for a melee attack so I would also like the melee action disabled whilst aiming down sight with the left trigger. Is this possible & what would be the way to go about programming these actions? Thanks.

You can use Sets to transfer to a different set of assignments when the right thumb stick is held down.
In this new Set you can assign the Ping key to the left trigger.
When you release the right thumb stick Xpadder will return to the default Set where melee is mapped to the left trigger.
