gday i play cod 4 on cp but am an xbox boy
the zoom on xbox turns off when u release the trigger how ever on computer the right mouse either turns it on or off.
Is there anyway i can make zoom turn of when i release the trigger instead of pressing twice like the button

This is actually just an option in-game. Its set to toggle in the game options. To fix your problem simply uncheck it.
