Double tap/hold Dash

Hi, I just bought Xpadder version 2010.03.18 and I want to set it up so that when I push a stick to the left or the right, it first taps a key and releases, pauses for .1 seconds or so, then holds down that key until I release the stick. In other words I want the toggle to only apply to the third thing of the sequence, like -> pause ->, but having the toggle only apply to the second ->. Any way to do this?

Actually I thought about it and toggle probably isn't the term i'm looking for.

more like on a single set, -> pause ->, but have the first one be a tap and release as normal, but the third one be hold down -> for as long as I push the right stick.
