Sprint function for CoD games/360 controller

Is it posible to set the left stick (1) to push down and enable sprint in Call of Duty as it is on the xbox 360?

And the right stick (2) for melee?

Yes as long as your controller has stick press buttons. The 360s buttons 9 and 10 are the stick buttons. You enable them in the button section of the controller settings.



You can then make any assignments to them.
