OK i have a wireless x box 360 controller i have everything set up but when i go into the game i cant use the controller it dosent work please help i know it can work but i dont know how lol

If you use Windows Vista or Seven, start Xpadder in Admin-mode.

Actually Maple Story uses GameGuard anti-hack system which is known to block Xpadders process. I don't know of any work arounds.
