saitek cyborg command unit

I am using a Saitek CCU and cannot the buttons to show up when i am adding the controller. Just bought the program. it lets me use the WASD keys to move, but i want to use the ministick for movement and the button for abilities on World of Warcraft. Any help would be appreciated

Make sure the mode switch is in the default (blue) position.
