fear 2 profile

Hi,
I am using Mobeeeuz's 'Fear 2 profile' and the problem i have is the right stick moves too quickly to aim and and put someone in the x-hairs . A slight movement of the stick moves that fast you can't pinpoint an enemy to shoot properly, also i have adjusted the aim sensitivity game settings to nothing. Any help or advice would be great, cheers.

You can change the sensitivity easily, click the wrench icon at the bottom next to the look analog stick.
Next check the Move Together box and move either slider under Emulation Speed to adjust the look speed.
If Fear 2 will let you, Alt-Tab back and forth, adjusting until you are happy, then save.
