How do you give assignments to bumpers on a Xbox 360 control

I am currently using Xpadder to play ME2 for PC. I bought a wireless 360 controller for PC but I was only able to find a Xbox controller image to work with. I was wondering how would I be able to assign some keys to the the left and right bumpers above each trigger.

The bumpers are buttons five and six, you make them available in the buttons section of the Controller settings.
