Can't Play Splinter Cell with Xpadder

Hi I have downloaded Xpadder and have done everything right set my Logitech Rumble Gamepad F10 and open Splinter Cell using Xpadder.

The problem is Xpadder works in the main menu of the game but I can not play the actual game with my Logitech Rumble Gamepad F10 I could only browse the main menu of the game. Can anyone help me play Splinter Cell.

Could be the UAC-issue.
