Is it possible to bind, say, on the right stick to always have it read as right mouse button down?
Otherwords:
In order to control the camera movement, I need to move the mouse while holding the right mouse button down. If I could have the right stick as though it were the right mouse button+Mouse movement, that make this profile a lot easier.

Yep, this is possible. For any assignment, if you open up the Advanced window, you can.
In the case of a mouse button clicks, I don't think Xpadder will map that input when you press the actual key/button, the way it will with keyboard keys. So you'll need to take advantage of the fact that the Basic assignment window's keyboard still works when you're working in the Advanced assignment window.

Thanks, but I went ahead and set a button for the RMB, just makes it easier to use, I guess.
