XPadder is working fine for reassigning gamepad buttons to kb keys. But I need to switch my Logitech Rumblepad 2 from the #1 ID to the #4 ID. In-game the Rumblepad is showing up as the first controller but this game only recognizes 3 controllers, so the 4th controller (Fanatec ClubSport Pedals) gets bumped out and I can't use it.
I moved the controllers around in XPadder and put them in the order I wanted them, but in-game it didn't do any good at all.
How do I change the device ID#?

Re: How do I change the device ID#?
Xpadder doesn't change the ControllerID, this order is only Xpadder internally.
There is a tool that is supposed to do that: JoyIDs utility
I came on it as a reference to change the XinputID of Xbox360pads. Well, since it should change the the DirectInput ControllerID this reference was totally wrong. As it didn't work for what I wanted to do, I have only installed an started it. I have no idea if it really works in its actual function.

I tried JOYIDs and it didn't work. The only thing that does work is to unplug the gamepad before I launch a game then plug it in when I'm in-game. GRRRR, PITA but that's the only thing that works so far.
