Button Presses Stick

Post by hollams »

I just upgraded to a new computer and I'm running Windows 7. My other computer was Win 7 as well and had no problems. I'm using an Xbox 360 wireless controller.

I've mapped the right trigger to page down and the left to page up. I have xpadder up and when I hit the right trigger quickly it seems that the button gets stuck and the color of the button turns red, other times it stays green for about a sec or two.
I'm using this in a web browser to surf web pages and this causes me to page down to the bottom when I just want to go down one page. It doesn't happen every time but most of the time. I'm using the same profile that worked on my old computer so I'm not sure what could be the problem.

Thanks

If the trigger is analog you may need to increase the size of the dead-zone.
Click on the trigger's circular wrench icon to open the settings window.

i have a Saitek controller with triggers that have gone to crap, i bump my dead-zones way up to compensate for the sticking problem.
