Can I get Xpadder to stay displayed while in game to learn cntrls?

I'm having trouble learning all the controls for ESO. I got it set up and working properly. Just wondering if there is a way to run the game and display xpadder controls at the same time, so I can learn the controls faster rather than guess work. There are a lot to remember.
Please Advise.

You might try looking for window (Always on top) programs. The limits being running the game in a window/fullscreen window-borderless mode. Or putting xpadder on a spare monitor.
