Does xpadder work with ps3 wired controller and saitek rumble force? Will it work for online play for cod 4?

Yes, as long as you have proper windows drivers (ps3 controller is a little tricky).

Will it work for online play for cod 4?

Yes. But Xpadder must be run as administrator because PunkBuster silently runs with elevated credentials.
