Xpadder doesn t work

Hi, i have a playstation 2 controller with and usb adapter and windows xp i installed xppader and i can only configure the sticks, i can t add buttons or configure the d pad, it says that you only have to push a button and it will appear but i do so and no buttons appear, i checked on the control panel if my control was properly installed and clicked on the controller icon and there it is the twin usb vibration gamepad, i can test my control in there and all the butons work properly the d pad and the sticks, why the xpadder doesnt work???

Have you installed the proper drivers for your controller? You can test it in the control panel because windows is using its default drivers. However these are not the proper drivers.
