Problems with Logitech universal controller

All the buttons are responding correctly but when i get to the first analog stick it says that is it a dpad and not analog when in fact it is analog and my computer picks it up fine. im just using this software to play team fortress 2 and so far it has been a waste of 10 bux. can anyone help?

Do you have the proper drivers installed? Go to logitechs website and get the most up-to-date drivers. If your using Windows generic drivers you might run into problems.

I am having the same issue with my logitech controller. Xpadder is telling me that the sticks are not analog sticks and to set them up as d-pads. How do i fix this? i have the most up to date drivers from logitechs website.

Please locate in the controller properties window and take a screenshot should look similar to this:

To get there click on the controller menu and then properties:

Once you post the screenshot we will then continue from there.

What model is your controller? I can't find a universal controller on Logitechs web site or with Google. All my searches return their Harmony remotes.
