Profile for Scarface: The World is Yours
I've tried to play this game on my present Windows 7 x64 bit but to no avail. However it plays on my next partition which has Windows XP.
I did a search online to find a solution for it to play on Win 7 but others are having the same problems.
Some are saying to play it using single core processor and all that but its not working for me.

This game can be played with any type controller using Oke_Doke's Profile Converter

I know it is slightly off-topic but I wanted to post this because it helped me.

I found this on youtube and this fixed Scarface on win7 64bit. I managed to play the tutorial. No need to turn off cores I ran it on a quad core.

reply post on the above from Jordan Morlese:

If you wanna play Scarface on Windows 7 and Vista, use the 3D ripper DX. (http://www.deep-shadows.com/hax/3DRipperDX.htm)

1. Install 3D Ripper DX (I used version 1.8.2)
2. Select 3Ds Max 9x 32 bits , Click Next
3. Select 3Ds Max 2009 and 2010 32/64 bits (in version 1.8.2 I checked all 4 options) , Click Next
4. I left the 2011 options unchecked in the next step, Click Next
5. When you done to installing click Launch 3D Ripper DX and finish
6. Now click folder, then select Scarface.exe, Launch! (I used a nocd exe version 1.0. (installed using original PC-DVD install disc))
7. Now play the game. Enjoy!

Worked on 8/12/2013.

Time to sell some coke :)

To pick up weapons and enter a car you need to be able to press the E key. So this profile needs to be edited in some way. Unfortunately I can't figure out a good configuration. May be someone could give me an idea, I just got the software again so I'm not used to all tricks
