Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (X360)

Post by Primal Fear »

Edit: If your controller is partially working with the game, then here is a better solution for you.

[Important]You need to assign "X" to walk in the game under Options/Controller Setup/Redefine Controls/Foot Controls[Important]
If you enter a car you have to change the set, by pressing "back", for optimizes driving assignments. If you leave the car, it should go back automatically. But if not, you can do this manually too.

Code: Select all

If it needs some changes, say something and I will fix this.

Edit: I have fixed two failures.
1.wrong assignment for sprint backward: changed Shift to Space
2.added missing assignment to call gang back
Edit@Sep 26,2010: only changed the names of some assignments, nothing big
Edit@Jan 03,2011: Fixed a problem with the Windows shortcut Alt-Tab, but now you need to assign X for walk in the game. I made also a really small fine tuning with the Distance Zones for the left stick and my German+English version y+z fix for "Yes".

Click the SELECT ALL button over the code, right click blue text, click copy, click the profile button as show above, click paste. Don't forget to save the profile.

I tried using this, and Xpadder told me that the pasted code was for a newer version...I downloaded this program 5minutes ago... Is it broken already?

It looks like Primal updated his profile using the current stable release. You can download it here. The download from the purchase is the last previous version to avoid buyers from having a less tested release.
