X and Start are bound to the same function, which is to interact with a nearby object or bringing up the map/stats/save screen when you're not near anything. I opted to bind both keys to the same function so it's a bit more convenient, since people are used to X being a key to interact with, and start as a menu button.
I bought this game long ago and it was in my backlog, I just beat it with this profile and Xpadder. Have fun, all.
