I wanted to play NFS World with my PS2 gamepad, and this works perfectly. You'll still need a KB and Mouse handy, but this handles all your essential functions during a race/pursuit.
I'm using a Dualshock 2 with a Super Joy Box 3 Pro PS2>USB Adapter. I'm not sure whether using a different adapter will change things.
I'll be testing an Xbox 360 wireless controller later this week. It should already be compatible, but if not, I'll post a profile for it as well.
